The Flora and Fauna of Valley of Flowers is natural surroundings to creatures like the Asiatic wild bear, snow panther, cocoa bear and blue sheep; and uncommon recognized blooms like the Brahma Kamal (a blossoming plant local to the Himalayas), the Blue Poppy and the Cobra Lily. There are different types of butterflies with hues that can just as match the tones of the blossoms. The recreation centre serves as home to Tahr, Snow Leopard, Musk Deer, Red Fox, Common Langur, Bharal, Serow, Himalayan Black Bear, Himalayan Brown Bear, Pica (Mouse Hare) and an enormous assortment of butterflies. Among the essential winged creatures and Pheasant are the Himalayan Golden Eagle, Griffon Vulture, Snow Partridge, Himalayan Snow Cock, Himalayan Monal, Snow Pigeon, and Sparrow Hawk. Blossoms, for the most part, Orchids, Poppies, Primulas, Calendulas, Daisies, and Anemones cover the recreation centre. Snow-capped woodlands of Birch and Rhododendron spread parts of the recreation center’s region.
