Manipuri Culture
With a humid temperature during summers and extreme cold during winters, Tamenglong is a small hill station of Manipur. Tamenglong district is bounded by Senapati District. There are many places to travel in Tamenglong. One such place to visit is Kisha Khou. Kisha Khou is a cliff that is wonderful to trek. The beautiful Barak Waterfall is another tourist spot to visit. Handicrafts have been a part of the North-Eastern part of India for a very long time. Handicrafts are indigenous and mostly restricted to the local people of the town. The men and women work together, day and night, to create these gorgeous handcrafted things. Tamenglong is home for a majority of the Zeliangrong Naga tribe.
