Buddhist Temple

#3 of 7 things to do in Nalbari

The Buddhist Temple is located in Bangnabari Village, roughly 30 km away from Nalbari. The temple was constructed 60 years ago by Nepali people. The temple is identified as Sangdo Palgi Gumba and was opened by Chhatra Singh in the year of 1965. He also built a new Gumba for the temple in the year of 1970 - 1971. In an extension of that, it is one of the largest Gumbas in the Nalbari District.
