Ambazari Lake is situated in Nagpur, Maharashtra. It is the largest lake in the city. The lake was built in 1870 during the Bhonsle rule in order to supply water to the city. There are several mango trees near the lake and the Nag River originates from this lake. There is also a garden known as Ambazari Garden located beside the lake, which is managed and preserved by the Nagpur Municipal Corporation. There are radio speakers in the park so that the people who come for a walk or to spend time in this park can enjoy a soothing music.
