There are several state-run buses connecting the hill station to many cities and towns of Uttarakhand. New Delhi to Mukteshwar is connected by privately owned buses. Buses can be boarded at the ISBT (Interstate Bus Terminal) in New Delhi, and these buses usually follow a fixed route. A few of the private bus companies are Hina Package Tours, JBG Tours and Travels, International Tourist Center, and Delhi Tours and Travels. 

How to Reach by Road

The distances of these places from Mukteshwar are: Nainital 50 kms and Bhowali 39 kms. Shared jeeps are easily available at Haldwani or Kathgodam. Haldwaniis a better option becasue one can walk out and take a bus To Mukteshwar.
Taking a shared jeep directly toMukhteshwar may be a bit difficult. But one can take a shared jeep to Bhowali,get down at Ramgarh and then head to Mukhteshwar.
