#3 of 9 things to do in Mount abu

Situated at 3 kms from the city, carved into a rock, the Adhar Devi temple is one of the most popular and religious tourist destinations of Mount Abu. The temple is located inside a rocky cleave and is reached by crawling through a small opening into the cave. Dedicated to Goddess Durga, the temple is a famous pilgrimage destination for the pilgrims during the holy Navaratri season. The temple houses many exquisitely carved statues. Though the climb uphill the temple can be difficult, the scenic views surrounding the temple and the magnificent beauty inside it makes it worth the climb.
