When it comes to dessert, the place is famous for milk and milk products. Ghewar is a top dish to try out here. The most common beverage is sweetened churned curd or lassi. The best variety of lassi to try here is Makhaniya lassi made with yogurt, sugar, homemade cream, cashew, pistachios and saffron.
