Reserve Forest Sanctuary is located at a distance of around 4 km from Mashobra. It is a bird watcher’s paradise and is covered with a large number of coniferous trees like oak, pine, rhododendron, maple, horse chestnut and cedar. The Sanctuary also provides an opportunity for trekking. It has Asia’s largest watersheds. There are a variety of fauna including spot kakkar, jackals, Himalayan eagle and leopard. There are also a variety of birds like eagle, chikor, pheasant etc. It also involves picknicking and camping.
