#2 of 17 things to do in Kutch

The little Rann of Kutch is another salt marsh located near the great Rann. This marshland is the home to a diverse set of wildlife. The wild ass sanctuary is a major attraction here; the world’s last refuge of the Indian wild ass. It also houses a variety of migratory birds like cranes, flamingos, pelicans, francolins and the Indian bustard. Even though the landscape is not as stunning as the great Rann, the ecological diversity is surprising.
