At a distance of 10 km from Kemmanagundi, lies the pious cascading waterfall, called Kalhatti Falls. This picturesque tourist destination is surrounded by a variety of flora and fauna of the region along with the coffee plantation of the Blue Mountain Estates. Flowing in front of the Veebhadreshwara Temple, the falls drop from a height of 400 ft from the Chandra Drona Hills. Connected with legends and myth from Hindu heritage, the waterfall with its adjacent area is a famous pilgrimage center and commonly also known as Kalahasthi falls.
