Lakshmi Ganesh Temple at Hedvi is otherwise called Dasabhuj Ganesh Temple and is one of the acclaimed temples of Konkan region. The name Sri Dasabhuj Ganesh is gotten from the icon of Lord Ganesha which has dasha bhuja, which means ten hands. This temple was built during the rule of the Peshwas and has been cut from white marble found in Kashmir. The icon is 3 feet high and has 10 hands. There is a huge festival that is held on the occasion of the birth of Ganesh from Shukla Chaturthi to Shashthi in Magh. There is a parade of Ganesh in a chariot.
