When to visit...?

The Summer in Digha is from March to June and is quite hot so leasted prefered by the tourists. The monsoon here starts with July and ends by September. The rain brings down the temperature and is not very harsh either, but humidity could be comparatively high. The winter is from October to February, it is the best of all seasons. When the rain subsides and the temperature is low this place becomes a perfect tourist destination.

The nearest airport to reach this destination is Netaji Subash Chandra airport in Kolkata at 139 km from the city and the Bhubaneshwar airport in Odisha 230 km from Digha. Cabs are available from the airport to reach Digha.

The nearest railway station is the Digha Flag station, 2 km from the Digha city. The Ramnagar Bengal station is also a good option, which is only 7 km from the city.
