Being a major tourist attraction, Bhadrachalam is well connected via rail and road. The nearest airport is the Vijayawada Airport which is just 127kms from the town. You can use any of the routes and visit this exquisite town.

How to Reach by Flight

The nearest airport to Bhadrachalam is Vijayawada Airport.  From there, you can take a bus, cab or car to Bhadrachalam. Rajahmundry Domestic airport is another airport near Bhadrachalam. hire a cab or take a bus to reach your destination. 

How to Reach by Train

The town is connected with the railway connectivity to the Bhadrachalam Station. It does, however, have limited connectivity

How to Reach by Bus

There are frequent bus services to Bhadrachalam from all major cities and towns in South India.

How to Reach by Road

People usually prefer taking the bus service when it comes to reaching the place. But People travelling from nearby areas can use the their own transport to reach. Hyderabad is at a distance of 310kms and can be reached via NH65. 

How to travel within

Three wheeler taxis (called 'auto rickshaws') can be found everywhere around the city. You could also walk around if trekking is your forte.

Reach Bhadrachalam via our preferred route early in the morning. Check in to your hotel. start your journey by visiting the Abhaya Anjaneya Temple, Papi Kondalu hills and the Sri Sitaramachandra Swamy Temple. In the evening devour on the local delicacies and enjoy city shopping. 


Visit the famous temple Bhadrachala Rama Temple and Parnasala to relive ancient mythology. Return back in the evening.
