Starting out as the family residence of Guru Ramdas Ji, Guru ke Mahal went from humble beginnings as a cottage to a large temple home to a number of great Gurus of the Sikhs. Founded by Guru Ramdas Ji in 1573, the temple has a large tank and beautiful gurudwara that is a mesmerising and peaceful at the same time.
